QUICK LINKS
The quick links bar is a mechanism that allows for immediate transition to a particular point of a website.
This site includes the following links are in the header of each site:

ACCESS KEYS 
This site includes access keys (combinations keys) that allow 'jumping' to specific sections of the website through the keyboard. This feature is in particular, including the blind and visually impaired users who are unable to handle the mouse.

Each of the above quick links can be activated at any time via the following shortcut keys:
(M) - Menu
(S) - Skip to navigation 
(A) - Return to the top of the page
 

Moreover, for further convenience of the users, the following access keys allow jumping to other key pages of website:
(0) - Link to the detailed description of the access keys (this page)
(1) - Home
(2) - News
(3) - Sitemap
(4) - Search
 

In most browsers the user activates the access keys by pressing ALT (in Windows) or Ctrl (on Mac). However, as shown in detail below, key combinations differ depending on the browser:

Internet Explorer
Press and hold ALT, press the number or letter of the corresponding link fast navigation, release both keys and then press ENTER.
Example: To access the page content should hold press ALT, press the letter 'S', to release both keys then press ENTER.

Netscape
Hold press ALT and press the number or letter of the corresponding link speed navigation and go automatically to the relevant section.
Example: To access the page content should hold press ALT and press the letter 'S' .

Firefox
Hold down ALT and press the number or letter of the corresponding link speed navigation and go automatically to the relevant section.
Example: To access the page content should hold press ALT and press the letter 'S'.

Opera
Press SHIFT and ESC to activate the rapid navigation using links. Then press the number or letter of the corresponding link speed navigation.
Example: To access the page content must first press the keys with SHIFT and ESC. Then you must press the letter 'S'.
